GENERAL QUESTIONS

 

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We service all Melbourne Metropolitan, including regional Victoria.

 

Q: Does the Limousines have heating and air-conditioning?

 A: Yes, all of our limousines are serviced with air-conditioning and heating systems.

 

Q: How many passengers can you carry in a limousine?

A: Our limousines carry up to 10-16 passengers. If further passengers were required for your event, be sure to get in contact as we have a fleet of limousines to cater for your next event.

 

Q: How far in advance can I schedule my booking with Empire Limousines?

A: We take bookings up to 18 months in advance for all occasions.

 

Q: Is it possible to inspect a limousine prior booking?

A: Absolutely, we pride our service and allow inspections prior booking.

 

WEDDING QUESTIONS

 

Q: What is included in the Wedding package?

A: Included in the complimentary Wedding Package from Amazing Limousines is wedding ribbon on the car, wheel cover for garment protection, red carpet on request, umbrellas, chilled champagne (on request) and water and one of our experienced chauffeurs to attend to your wedding day needs.

 

Q: Can I view the car before making a booking?

A: You are more than welcome to call our customer service team to organise a viewing of our vehicles.

 

Q: Can the limousines cater for child car seats and restraints?

A: Yes. The stretch limousines are able to have 2-3 car seats installed for your journey. Please call our customer service team to discuss requirements further.

 

WINERY TOURS

 

Q: Am I able to choose the wineries and restaurants to design my own tour?

A: Yes. We are more than happy to help you design your own Winery Tour. Our staff are very knowledgeable with regards to the wine regions and look forward to working with you to maximize your tour.
